Learning Operations Coordinator / Data & Community Analyst

Type: 03 Months Contract

We are recruiting for a Learning Operations Coordinator to join a growing Learning & Development function, supporting data-driven operations, learning communities, and programme delivery within a large corporate environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with a technical or data-related background who are interested in moving into an education, training, or learning operations environment. Prior experience in Learning & Development is not required
.

• Support the delivery and coordination of learning programmes and learning communities
• Analyse learning and engagement data to provide insights and reports to stakeholders
• Maintain and manage learning systems, trackers, and operational documentation
• Work independently to engage with internal communities and stakeholders
• Support programme administration, scheduling, and communications
• Assist with process improvement and automation of reporting and workflows
• Provide technical and administrative support to learning initiatives
• Track participation, completion, and performance metrics
• Support the growth of the function by taking on increasing technical and operational responsibilities

• Technical proficiency or experience in data-related, analytical, or technical roles
• Experience working in a corporate or professional environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing own workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in education, training, or learning operations
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
