Location: Alcester
Software support person required to work in a small and friendly collaborative team, proving first and second line support to end users. Bespoke Software.
The role is office based.
Skills And Experience Required- Experience with in a Software Support role (this is not hardware/pc support).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including T‑SQL Queries, stored procedures and database maintenance.
- Experience Of SSRS Report Builder.
- Ability to manage multiple support cases.
- Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits).
