Campaign Selections Consultant

Stratford upon Avon, hybrid working one day per week | £45,000 to £50,000 plus bonus

You will sit close to live customer activity, turning campaign ideas into accurate, well structured selections that directly support commercial outcomes across multiple product areas.

You will be responsible for building and delivering high quality campaign selections that support marketing and customer engagement activity.

• Translate campaign briefs into clear, technical selection requirements
• Build, automate and run customer selections using SQL
• Join and manipulate data from multiple sources including CRM, transactional and engagement data
• Use APIs to deliver selections into the CRM platform
• Work closely with analytics colleagues on testing and campaign measurement
• Plan and schedule selections one to two months ahead to support delivery timelines

Campaign activity spans email and direct mail, with increasing scope across digital channels as capability continues to grow.

• Strong SQL skills with confidence querying and manipulating customer level data
• Experience in campaign selections, customer analytics, CRM data or a related area
• Comfortable working with structured templates while continuously improving processes
• Able to translate business or marketing briefs into robust data outputs
• Industry background is open, with transferable experience valued

• Salary between £45,000 and £50,000 plus bonus
• Hybrid working with one day per week in the Stratford upon Avon office
