Position: Service Desk Engineer: Fast, First-Call Support Pro
Location: Alcester

Zenzero is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to ensure effective service desk support for clients. You will provide exceptional assistance across various products and platforms, working closely with the Lifecycle Coordinator(s) and Service Desk Manager.

The successful candidate should demonstrate technical capabilities, possess relevant certifications, and maintain a professional standard in customer communications. Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English are essential for this role.
