Cancer Research UK (CRUK) is seeking a People Analytics & Insights Analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights. You will design and maintain reports in Workday and Power BI, perform trend analysis, and deliver concise management information to senior HR leadership.
The role supports recruitment, engagement and retention strategies across the organisation. The position is fixed-term for 12 months, full-time (35 hours/week), hybrid in Stratford with office days.
