Our client is a highly respected, well-known customer-facing organisation with a large and loyal customer base across the UK. They're investing in how they deliver change, and have created this new Head of Projects role to lead it.

You'll set up the PMO and change capability from the ground up, and lead some of the organisation's most important projects along the way.

• A blank canvas to design governance, delivery methods and tooling that are lightweight and work well.
• Organisation-wide reach: your approach becomes the standard across the business, not just in technology.
• A significant portfolio of platform and transformation projects.
• A team to shape, and senior leaders who see change as a real priority.

• you've led projects, programmes or a PMO and like making delivery simpler, not heavier
• you care as much about people and adoption as about go-live dates
• you're pragmatic about Agile, waterfall and everything in between

• You've led a PMO, portfolio or programme delivery function, not just run individual projects.
• You can run enterprise intake, prioritisation and capacity planning, with governance that's light enough for people to use.
• You own delivery assurance: stage gates, QA and testing, UAT sign-off, and changes that go live ready to be supported.
• You've led Business Analysts and change work, and you hold your own with senior stakeholders when priorities collide.
