* ** Champion inclusion and wellbeing**—using insights to shape hiring, onboarding, development and performance processes, ensuring fairness and psychological safety.
* ** Drive the implementation of the people pillars for our*
* ** EDI strategy**—coordinating activity across HR and preparing clear updates and recommendations.
* ** Maintain a joined-up recognition approach**—aligning everyday and formal recognition with our values, leadership behaviours and inclusion goals.
* ** Enable employee networks**—providing oversight and support so they can deliver their purpose in alignment with wider organisational goals.
