Account Manager

Account Manager | Stratford-upon-Avon | £27,500–£35,000 + Bonus

Arden Personnel is recruiting for an Account Manager to join a growing, well-established business in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a customer service, retail or hospitality background who's looking to build a genuine career, with full on-the-job training and clear progression on offer.

• Managing a small portfolio of client accounts as their dedicated point of contact
• Building strong working relationships and delivering excellent customer service
• Liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure requirements and commitments are met
• Getting to grips with customer needs and the wider industry context
• Using data analysis to explain complex information back to customers clearly
• Spotting opportunities for service improvement and driving them forward
• Managing deadlines with a high level of accuracy

• Strong customer service experience — retail, hospitality or office-based
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A genuinely customer-focused approach
• Confidence picking up technical information quickly
• Solid IT skills, particularly Excel
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence

• £27,500–£35,000 depending on experience
• Up to 10% bonus
