We're now looking for a Operations Manager!
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE- Effective communication of H&S and Environmental Policy changes and Alerts to all levels in a timely manner.
- Ensure the OMS KPI Tree's expected structure of reports is in place, aligning with operational and staff areas that deals with reporting
- Support the definition of OMS Roles & Responsibilities ramp-up, adjusting the implementation stages to your work environment and starting point
- Develop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and align it with the of TDM your immediate leader and your team, considering the activities that are connected
- Review Monthly Resource Planning comparing real vs. forecast of volumes, volume profile and resources assigned
- Previous Shift Manager / Operations Manager Experience
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and promptly
- Strong Communicator
- Experience with in the Manufacturing Logistics Sector would be desirable
- IT Literate, With Microsoft Office Packages
