Are you an experienced Quality Inspector looking for your next opportunity?
Our client, a leading aerospace and industrial gas turbine component manufacturer, is expanding and looking for skilled Quality Inspectors to join their late shift team in Alcester. Working within a highly regulated environment, you will be responsible for inspecting precision sheet metal components using a range of dimensional and optical measurement equipment.

Job Description

Carry out visual and dimensional inspection of precision manufactured components.
Use dimensional measurement equipment including verniers, micrometres, gauges, and       
callipers.
Operate optical measurement systems including shadow graphs, projectors, and 3D    
scanners.
Inspect small precision components to tight tolerances within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Complete inspection documentation and support quality and production teams.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience inspecting components to tight tolerances using dimensional measurement tools.

Experience with in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
Experience using optical measurement systems, shadow graphs, projectors, or 3D scanners is advantageous.
Willingness to learn CMM inspection equipment and advanced inspection systems.
Stable work history and a proactive attitude preferred.
