Our client, a leading aerospace and industrial gas turbine component manufacturer, is expanding and looking for skilled Quality Inspectors to join their late shift team in Alcester. Working within a highly regulated environment, you will be responsible for inspecting precision sheet metal components using a range of dimensional and optical measurement equipment.Quality Inspector Permanent Monday - Wednesday 4:30pm - 2:30am, Thursday 4:30pm - 1:30amAlcester3-month Initial contract (Inside IR35) Quality Inspector

Job Description

• Carry out visual and dimensional inspection of precision manufactured components.
• Use dimensional measurement equipment including verniers, micrometres, gauges, and
• callipers.
• Operate optical measurement systems including shadow graphs, projectors, and 3D
• scanners.
• Inspect small precision components to tight tolerances within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Complete inspection documentation and support quality and production teams.

Quality Inspector Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience inspecting components to tight tolerances using dimensional measurement tools.
• Experience with in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience using optical measurement systems, shadow graphs, projectors, or 3D scanners is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn CMM inspection equipment and advanced inspection systems.
• Stable work history and a proactive attitude preferred.
