MIG Welder
Supreme Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a highly successful manufacturing company based in Atherstone on Stour near Stratford. The role is a full‑time, temporary‑to‑permanent position with an opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.
Shift Hours06:00‑14:15, 07:00‑16:00 or 08:00‑17:00
Pay Rate£14.00‑£14.50 per hour
Responsibilities- MIG welding mild steel components
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Fabricating and assembling metal products
- Quality checking completed work
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Previous MIG welding experience essential
- Previous TIG welding experience would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual attitude
- Own transport required due to rural location and limited public transport links
