• Follow daily production and launch-to-line plans.
• Organise and sequence wheels for delivery directly to the production line.
• Identify and rectify sequencing issues before wheels reach the fit station.
• Inspect wheels for defects and source alternatives where required.
• Carry out PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) support activities.
• Conduct visual quality checks and report any defects or concerns.
• Ensure vehicles meet required quality standards prior to release.
• Maintain a clean, organised working area to support efficient production.
• Escalate issues promptly to minimise disruption to production.

• Previous automotive, production, PDI or vehicle preparation experience desirable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work from plans and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable with a positive work ethic.

This role offers immediate starts and a structured work schedule, with hours from Monday to Thursday, 6:15am - 3:15pm, and Friday, 6:15am - 11:15am. Located in Gaydon, Warwick, this position is ideal for candidates who are ready to jump into a hands-on role and contribute to a high-quality production process.
