Assistant Restaurant Manager

Tonic are searching for a deputy manager for a fantastic gastropub style operation in Warwickshire. The salary available int his role is up to £26k and tips. Alongside the rewarding nature of working within a close team of excellent staff and with the best ingredients, this role offers much more than the salary. This role would be suited to a natural host with an interest in fine food, wines and spirits.
