Position: Repair Technician - Samsung Experience Store

Repair Technician - Samsung Experience Store

Location: Samsung Experience Store, London, Stratford

Salary: £13.21 per hour (Enhanced opportunity £15.21 per hour)

Bonus: 20% potential

Hours: 40 hours per week

Training: Certified training provided (prior experience a bonus but not essential)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience in a customer‑centric retail environment.
  • Communication and influencing skills that generate commitment and loyalty from customers.
  • The ability to prioritise customers and tasks to deliver a great customer journey.
  • A commercially minded approach to retail service.
  • An ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and promote the benefits of change.
  • Previous retail experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Exposure to the Samsung ecosystem and a love for all things tech.
  • Knowledge and experience of software and hardware repairs.
