Mountain Warehouse is seeking a 24 hour Team Leader for evenings (11:45am–8:15pm) at Stratford Upon Avon Maybird Retail Park. You will guide a retail team to deliver exceptional customer service, strong visual merchandising, and smooth operational execution.
Lead by example, coach and develop colleagues, manage stock and sales targets, and uphold Health & Safety. You’ll represent the brand, build community links, and drive a welcoming shopping experience for customers.
