L'Occitane en Provence is looking for a customer-focused team member for its Stratford-upon-Avon boutique. You will support the Boutique Manager in coaching Beauty Hosts, deliver spa-inspired guest experiences and personalised advice, and contribute to store profitability through proactive engagement.
You will help maintain product knowledge, run in-store trainings, and ensure excellent visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
