Join Our Brand-New Shipston-on-Stour Store!

We’re excited to be opening our new Shipston-on-Stour store and are looking for enthusiastic colleagues to join our team.

We’re recruiting for roles offering either 18 or 24 hours per week
, with shifts worked across Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role across the store, delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Working Pattern and Availability

These roles are based around a fixed availability pattern across Thursday, Friday and Saturday. To be considered, you’ll need to be available during the following times:

• Thursday: 7:00am to 7:00pm
• Friday: 11:00am to 11:00pm
• Saturday: 11:00am to 11:00pm

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within this availability pattern, and you’ll receive at least three weeks’ notice of your shifts wherever possible.

Application Guidance

• Interviews will be held at Wellesbourne Store, Loxley Road, Wellesbourne, CV35 9JY
  on Thursday 15th October and Friday 16th October.
• Training is expected to take place at either our Wellesbourne or Chipping Norton store.

What you’ll be doing

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
