Rate: 22.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Duration: Minimum 3 months (potential for extension)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Roofer to join our maintenance team working on social housing properties across Stratford Upon Avon.
This role involves carrying out roofing repairs, maintenance, and installations on both occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Carry out a variety of roofing works, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance on pitched and flat roofs.

• Identify and rectify leaks, damaged tiles, guttering issues, and associated roofline components.

• Work effectively on domestic and social housing properties, maintaining a professional approach with tenants and colleagues.

• Ensure all works comply with health and safety procedures and company policies.

• Complete required job documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors.

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 5 points.

• NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Roofing, or relevant trade qualification.

• Proven experience working as a Roofer, ideally within social housing or domestic maintenance.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.

• Competitive hourly rate of 22.00 per hour.

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday - no weekend work required.

• Initial 3-month contract with the potential for long-term extension.
