Overview
We are currently looking for a Multi Trade to carry out day to day repairs on social housing properties around Straford-upon-Avon. This role is a 6 month fixed-term contract, dependant on the contract, it may turn into a full-time position.
Responsibilities- Carry out day to day repairs on social housing properties around Straford-upon-Avon using a multidisciplinary skillset.
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Patch plastering
- Tiling
- Has experience working on social housing contracts
- Has a full UK driving license and own van
- Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
- £21 p/h
- 40 hours per week on a long term contract
- 6 months guaranteed work
