The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Glazier / Multi-Trader to join a busy property maintenance team delivering repairs and maintenance services within social housing properties.

This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for carrying out glazing repairs and replacements, alongside a range of general multi-trade maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will work across occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with a strong focus on customer service and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out glazing repairs and replacement of windows, doors, sealed units, and associated fixtures.
• Diagnose faults and undertake repairs within domestic properties.
• Complete multi-trade maintenance works including:
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Patch plastering
  • General building maintenance
• Undertake responsive repairs and planned maintenance works.
• Ensure work is completed within agreed timescales and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Deliver excellent customer service when working in occupied homes.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Glazier within domestic or social housing environments.
• Competent in:
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Patch plastering
  • General building repairs
• Experience carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
