South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Registered Community Staff Nurse for a placed based team in Stratford upon Avon. The role is full-time and permanent, based at Stratford hospital. You will deliver high-quality nursing care in patients' homes, travel around the local community, and support a multidisciplinary team.
Working hours include 8am–4pm and 10pm–6pm across 7 days, with weekend shifts. A full driving licence and access to a car are required.
