Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Commercial Digital Factory and help shape the future of our digital ecosystem.

The role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining enterprise software applications and services that support Aston Martin’s commercial and digital ambitions. You will work alongside Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that create value for both the business and our customers. The position offers exposure to a diverse technology landscape, including Salesforce, Azure, AWS, Sitecore, and Adobe, and allows you to contribute to code reviews, continuous integration and deployment practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across technology and ways of working.

• Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and services.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews and support continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Help resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement across technology and ways of working.

• Experience working within enterprise software delivery environments.
• Solid understanding of agile practices and ability to thrive in an agile IT delivery team.
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple coding languages and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with automotive, manufacturing, retail, or enterprise digital environments is beneficial.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to make a difference.
