MHE Operator PM – Wellesbourne

Intro:
In this role, you will operate a variety of Material Handling Equipment to move, locate, and store products in our warehouse efficiently, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.

• Valid in-date MHE certificates/licences for relevant trucks: VNA, Reach, Counterbalance/CTB, HLOP and LLOP
• Previous warehouse experience operating MHE safely
• Good understanding of warehouse health & safety rules
• Ability to complete pre-use truck checks and report defects
• Confidence working at height where required, especially VNA/HLOP
• Accuracy when picking, put-away, replenishing and moving stock
• Ability to follow site procedures, traffic routes and loading rules
• Good attention to detail and awareness of pedestrians/other vehicles
• Flexibility to support general warehouse duties when needed

• Valid license and minimum of 6 months up to date experience to operate selected trucks
• Safety-first mindset and good attention to detail
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues
• Calm and focused approach under pressure with good time management

• Operate VNA, reach, counterbalance, LLOP, or HLOP trucks to transport goods safely
• Locate and store products within the warehouse racking system
• Perform accurate stock picking, replenishment, and put-away tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
