Location: Wellesbourne, Warwick, CV35 9JY

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: £12.91 per hour

Overtime rates: 1.5× (time and a half) pay Monday–Saturday, 2× (double pay) pay on Sundays

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday)

Lunch: 1 hour unpaid

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our close‑knit warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

As part of the Goods In department, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Offloading vehicles, unpacking/uncrating of machines, receiving goods inbound, stock putaway into Store/Warehouse locations
• Picking, processing & packing Sales and Spares orders for despatch team
• Process Machine Sales orders, packing, palletising and wrapping machines for despatch, and loading vehicles
• Maintain a good general ‘Housekeeping’ within the Warehouse/Stores
• To operate a Forklift where licensed and authorised by the company to do so
• Ensure the daily tasks are completed in a competent and timely manner
• Assisting at annual Exhibitions and stock takes
• To perform other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the company to meet with its on-going needs.

• Have a FLT licence
• Be computer literate (including Outlook, Teams, and Excel)
• Have strong numerical skills
• Be comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Work well under pressure
• Communicate effectively with team members
