Step into a vital administrative role with the City of Stratford as a Public Housing Office Clerk. Engage with the community while managing records, data entry, and client inquiries.
As a Public Housing Office Clerk, you will be an essential part of the Ontario Works Division. Your responsibilities will include customer service, data management in YARDI, and processing rental payments. You will also support housing operations with office supply management and maintain accurate record-keeping systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist public tenants with inquiries
• Perform data entry on various management systems
• Process and record rental payments accurately
• Prepare daily bank deposits and related documents
• Maintain department filing and record-keeping systems
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in Office Administration or Social Services
• 3-6 months of relevant professional experience
• Proficient with standard and specialized software
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Strong organizational and communication skills
