Deliver accurate account services as a Member Service Representative in Stratford, using customer service and financial transaction skills. This is a 12 month term.
Provincial Credit Union seeks a Member Service Representative to process member transactions professionally. You will inform members about beneficial products and services, direct them to appropriate staff, and maintain knowledge through training. The work requires accuracy, confidentiality, communication, and Microsoft Suite proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, process, and record members' financial transactions
- Provide courteous, professional account services to members
- Inform members about beneficial products and services
- Direct members to other staff when appropriate
- Complete training in risk and cash management guidelines
- High School Diploma
- Experience providing superior customer service
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Professional manner handling confidential information
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite proficiency and technology adaptability
