Data Centre Technician

We are looking for a capable Data Centre Technician to oversee operations in our mission-critical data center. This full-time role demands expertise in computer hardware and software installations, incident response, and preventative maintenance on a 24/7 rotation. You will also provide supervision over vendors and assist in operational activities to meet day-to-day demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to operational incidents and audit requirements

• Manage ticketing system requests and technical updates

• Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform diagnostics

• Administer inventory for incoming computer parts

• Assist with control room monitoring and preventative maintenance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Experience with computer operating systems and hardware

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs safely

• Willingness to work rotating shifts

• IT certifications are a plus
