As a Facilities Technician, you'll play a vital role in the Operations Department, working with the Facilities Manager and collaborating with vendors, students, and staff. Your responsibilities will include repairs, maintenance, and support for events, all while promoting cleanliness and safety throughout the campus. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance tasks across the Stratford Hall Campus

• Support event setups and transport equipment as needed

• Assist with general plumbing and electrical repairs

• Maintain cleanliness and assist cleaning staff

• Troubleshoot emergency situations effectively

Requirements:

• Strong communication and general computer skills

• Certification in scissor lift, fall arrest, and WHIMIS

• Level 1 First Aid certification required

• Experienced in maintenance roles with hands-on tasks

• Ability to lift up to 60lbs and perform physical work
