Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC or manual grinding equipment

• Troubleshoot production/process issues effectively

• Inspect work with precision measuring devices

• Record data accurately in production systems

• Train other operators as needed

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Experience as Grinding Set Up Operator or related role

• Strong problem-solving abilities in production

• Capability to read and interpret production prints

• Must pass security assessments and comply with ITAR
