Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is seeking two Registered Nurses for its Operating Room. This temporary full-time role demands an Operating Room certificate and BLS certification, alongside demonstrated knowledge in critical nursing skills. You will deliver high-quality patient care, manage emergency situations, and interact actively with the interprofessional care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide peri-operative care to patients undergoing surgery

• Make quick decisions in emergency situations

• Maintain arterial and central lines effectively

• Initiate IVs and manage fluids in emergencies

• Collaborate with the interprofessional care team

Requirements:

• Registered member of the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Operating Room certificate and BLS certification

• Specialized knowledge in peri-operative techniques

• Ability to return to Stratford within 20 minutes on standby

• Familiarity with Meditech Information System preferred
