Position: Security Guard Role Festival
Be a vital part of the Stratford Festival's safety team as a Security Guard. This position involves monitoring premises and controlling access while ensuring a secure environment.

The Stratford Festival is seeking a casual Stage Door Security Guard. Your responsibilities will include monitoring security, controlling parking access, and completing regular inspections of festival facilities. You will need to perform physical tasks, including lifting and walking, throughout shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular security tours of the festival properties

• Liaise effectively with staff and the public

• Manage parking and loading dock access

• Assist in shipping and package handling

• Follow fire monitoring processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License

• Bondable with a valid Ontario Driver’s License

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Experience in security software application

• Capable of performing physical lifting tasks
