Drive a late‑model, well‑maintained Class AZ or DZ ready‑mix truck to deliver concrete to projects across and around the Red Lake area, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while representing Amrize professionally.

• Safely transport and deliver ready‑mix concrete to infrastructure and residential projects.
• Operate Class AZ or DZ trucks (manual) and perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain digital/manual delivery logs and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Perform daily inspections of assigned ready‑mix trucks and document findings.
• Load and unload concrete in accordance with safety procedures and customer mix specifications.
• Perform minor routine maintenance and keep the cab and exterior of the vehicle clean.
• Communicate continuously with Dispatch and Plant Personnel.
• Act as a professional brand ambassador, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Champion a "Zero Harm" culture by adhering to strict health, safety, and environmental policies.

• Valid Class AZ or DZ driver’s license with Air Brake (Z) endorsement.
• Proven experience operating manual transmissions.
• Clean driving record (CVOR/Abstract).
• Physical ability to climb truck ladders and lift chutes.
• Availability Monday to Friday;
  Saturdays and evenings as required by high‑volume project schedules.
• Adequate vision for distance, peripheral, and depth perception on busy construction sites.
• Commitment to safety: adhere to all protocols and proper use of approved PPE, including respirators (clean‑shaven if required for fit tests).
• Previous experience in construction delivery or heavy vehicle operation is an asset; training will be provided to those new to the industry.
