Job Description:

The Quality Supervisor (QS) supports the Stratford Final Assembly (CAFO) in Stratford, CT. The QS oversees all quality supervision aspects for inspection hourly associates working on the MH-60R Helicopter (Romeo). The role reports to the CAFO Quality Manager within the RMS Sikorsky line of business.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to hourly personnel supporting the Sikorsky Quality organization.

Identify and implement process improvements aligned with the Quality Organization’s goals.

Collaborate with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to ensure contract compliance with quality standards, address non-conforming material, and oversee corrective actions.

Manage grievance escalation processes as needed.

Maintain a collaborative relationship with the Local 1150 union.

Oversee training schedules for hourly associates.

Track and analyze metrics related to hourly workforce labor activities.

Support the achievement of Lockheed Martin, RMS, and Sikorsky business objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience and education.

Experience in developing positive customer relationships.

Proven Full Spectrum Leadership skills.

Desired

Skills:

Ability to make critical decisions and set priorities in a dynamic environment.

Strong communication skills.

Knowledge of Sikorsky aircraft production processes, such as non-conforming material management.

Work Arrangement: Onsite, full-time
Work Schedule: Supports various schedules, including a 4x10 hour day schedule with 3 days off per week.
