Entry level

• Greet & check in patients
• Handle heavy phone volume
• Schedule appointments for doctors & hygienists
• Act as a liaison between patients & doctors
• Enter patient treatment plans
• Discuss treatment needs with patients & make financial arrangements
• Estimate, collect, & post patient payments
• Follow up on patients with unscheduled treatment needed
• Perform general office duties (printing/faxing/computer data entry, etc.)

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Dental reception experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Willingness to learn & grow
• Ability to reliably commute to the office location in Stratford, CT

• Ability to work within current office hours, shifts to be determined. Includes up to two evenings per week and two Saturdays per month

• Monday - Wednesday 9a-5p
• Alternating Saturdays 8a-2p
