Within our Production Operations APEX (Achieving Performance Excellence) office, we’re leading the charge in driving transformational change across all our sites and product centers using Lean, Six Sigma, and business process management tools.

THE WORKAs a Continuous Improvement Engineer in the Production Operations APEX office, you’ll be a key catalyst for change, partnering with teams across Operations to identify and implement impactful business improvements.

Your role will include:

Leading and supporting continuous improvement projects across all areas of Operations Applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering techniques to reduce waste and enhance processes

Serving as a business partner to Performance Management Teams (PMTs), guiding them in problem solving, conflict resolution, and alignment with key performance goals

Performs activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.

Defining project scopes, measuring ROI, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and tracking key metrics

Motivating and influencing cross-functional teams to drive a culture of excellence

Supporting communication and change management strategies to ensure project success and long-term sustainability
