Commercial Property Solicitor sought for a successful Warwickshire law firm.

Spirehouse is working with an established Warwickshire law firm to recruit a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor for their friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career and enjoy PARA within a large and continually growing, fast paced real estate department

This position will work closely with the senior fee earners on a variety of matters for a wide range of clients.

The team focuses on all aspects of non-contentious commercial property transactions, to include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
• Portfolio management
• Sechouses lending
