HVAC Project Manager

Seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to estimate, plan, and oversee mechanical and piping installation projects from design through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer specifications while leading and motivating field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC and mechanical projects from planning and estimating through installation and closeout

• Coordinate manpower, materials, and resources to meet schedules and budgets

• Oversee field installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards

• Prepare accurate estimates, manage change orders, RFIs, purchase orders, and project documentation in the ERP system

• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction

• Support and develop field teams through coaching, training, and performance feedback

• Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, and/or plumbing/piping

• Proven project management and team leadership experience

• Strong estimating, scheduling, and budgeting skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required); project management software preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
