Project Management & Planning Operations Mgr - L5

• Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Insures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

• Minimum 8-10 years experience in MRP and material planning/forecasting roles.
• Previous experience using SAP systems
• Demonstrated familiarity with the principles of project management
• Self-motivated full-spectrum individual with strong desire to demonstrate outstanding performance in all assignments
• Development program/project leadership experience

• Demonstrated familiarity with the principles of project management

• Familiarity with Digital Transformation toolsets and applications
• Excellent written, verbal and briefing/presentation communications skills
• Ability to perform research and analysis, synthesize results and present findings
• Demonstrated initiative in bringing a project or activity to fruition: understanding possibilities, scoping effort, analyzing alternatives, planning and executing
• Demonstrated innovation in identifying, communicating, and applying novel approaches to solving problems, demonstrated persistence in the face of technical, organizational or programmatic challenges.
• Experience in process modeling, architecture development and process decomposition
• Preferred candidate would have either current or previous Rotary Prod Ops experience.

Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00
