Support the field team by overseeing the receipt and inspection of aircraft parts, inventory control, quality assurance, hangar upkeep, tool management, and hazardous material handling. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and federal regulations.

• Receive and verify aircraft parts; update inventory systems.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage nonconformance reports.
• Maintain hangar cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage tool inventory and calibration.
• Handle hazardous materials per safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records and produce status reports.
• Liaise with engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and supply chain teams; support training of new staff.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance.

• 3–5 years’ aerospace production or quality assurance experience.
• Quality and Haz Mat certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Independent contractor, 1-year contract (possible extension), standard shift with overtime as needed. Must follow company Code of Conduct and safety policies.
