** Full-Time As the Inventory and Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee all inventory-related activities and help maintain an efficient, organized workflow throughout the factory. Your responsibilities include managing incoming materials, ensuring timely movement of components to the production floor, and maintaining a clean, well-organized workspace. You’ll also be responsible for accurate record-keeping and overall floor organization. Ultimately, you will ensure that all components are produced, staged, and delivered in the correct quantities and within the required timelines to fully support production operations.
*** Responsibilities****:*
* ** Inventory**  + Direct and oversee the daily activities of inventory and shipping personnel.  + Maintain physical control of all inventories.  + Keep accurate and up-to-date inventory quantities.  + Manage and execute routine cycle counts.  + Analyze and evaluate excess and obsolete materials for proper disposition.  + Update labels on inventory boxes and maintain clean, organized inventory locations.  + Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including shop supplies, shipping materials, bench stock, and pantry items.

Requisition parts from Purchasing when needed.  + Pick and stage parts for Shop Floor production.  + Allocate and distribute production and pre-production orders to meet required deadlines.  + Fill and deliver assembler parts requisitions in a timely manner.  + Kit items and pre-produce parts as required to support manufacturing.  + Identify parts requiring secondary operations, submit requisitions to appropriate departments (machine shop, welding, painting), and follow up to ensure timely completion.  

+ Ensure inventory levels of manufactured items adequately support production demand.  + Participate in weekly production meetings.
* ** Shipping & Receiving**  + Pull, inspect, and ship spare parts orders accurately.  + Support the receipt and proper placement of incoming materials.  + Provide backup coverage for Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory functions as needed.
* ** Warehouse Operations:
** Oversee overall organization and cleanliness of the shop floor as it relates to warehouse and inventory areas.
*** Skills/

Qualifications:

**** High School Degree
* 2-4 years of inventory experience
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent math skills
* Mechanical aptitude
* Familiar with ISO 9001:2015
* Highly neat and organized
* Ability to lift 50 pounds safely and effectively.
* Forklift Certified
