Your
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate multiple CNC production processes.
* Perform basic problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards.
* Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process. Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in timely manner.
* Required to perform inspection of own work using precision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work.
* Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems.
* Required to train other operators as needed.
* May be required to work in other departments or occasionally to set up a machine for others to operate.
* Ability to read and interpret production prints.
* Requires adequate computer skills to access production procedures to perform the required duties.
* Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas.
* Meet the skill requirements identified in the applicable training matrix, and maintain certification through company Certified Operator Program.

Grade 12 diploma
* Experience:
Related milling experience or mechanical aptitude
