THE WORK Manages the establishment and training to provide technical knowledge for the safe maintenance, repair, and operation of aircraft, aircraft systems, ground equipment, tools, test equipment, stores and facilities, according to established procedures.

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Directs the analyses of current operating problems and future operating requirements to identify training needs and develop training programs.

Manages the preparation and production materials used for technical instruction.

You excel at managing budgets, collaborating across departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications Previous production operations/manufacturing experience

Previous leadership experience

Demonstrated project management skills through the ADDIE (assess, design, develop, implement, evaluate) model or like framework

Proficiency with data analytics/analysis in support ROI success

Strong business software skills (e.g. MS Office Suite and website applications)
Experience developing and strategizing training materials/coursework within a manufacturing or operations environment.
