This cnc machinist (future machine shop manager) opportunity starts hands-on on the shop floor and offers a clear path to lead machining as production scales. Qualifications and responsibilities for this cnc machinist (future machine shop manager) position include: 5+ years operating manual machine tools and 5+ years operating programmable cnc machines experience with both milling and turning strong engineering drawing and gd&t interpretation skills proficiency with precision measuring tools set up and operate manual and cnc machine tools safely and efficiently program and run programmable cnc machines as the shop grows machine molds and tools used in production, plus part machining/fabrication as needed help select tooling, equipment, and shop processes as production scales salary: $65,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
