Description We’re Hiring a Closer – Are You In?

If you’re a natural at starting conversations, building relationships, and closing deals—this is the role for you.

We’re looking for a self‑motivated, results‑driven individual to join our team as a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative
. You’ll be hunting new business, meeting with decision‑makers, and closing service agreements that keep critical buildings running smoothly.

This role is all about the front end of the sales cycle—you find it, close it, and hand it off to our operations team.

No HVAC experience? No problem. We’ll train you on the technical side. What we need is someone who can open doors, read people, and win trust quickly.

Compensation:
  • $80,000 base salary
  • Base Incentive: 10% commission on all booked revenue
  • Bonus Incentive: 5% commission on revenue above plan
  • Annuity: 1% annual residuals on retained accounts (after 75% of plan)
  • First‑year earnings potential: $100K–$180K+, with uncapped upside
Job Responsibilities:
  • Prospect through calls, site visits, referrals, and networking
  • Complete two building surveys per week
  • Submit two proposals per week using our estimating tools
  • Meet with decision‑makers to pitch and close
  • Track pipeline and activity in CRM (Service Titan or similar)
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure clean handoffs
  • Walk job sites for scope and safety prior to technician dispatch
Required Skills & Experience
  • Sales, recruiting, or client‑facing experience
  • Confidence in person and over the phone
  • High emotional intelligence and trust‑building skills
  • Resilience—you bounce back from rejection
  • Self‑starting and goal‑oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn HVAC (we’ll train you)
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
