Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within a designated territory. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits, and conducting on-site assessments for uniform rental and facility services. The candidate will develop tailored proposals, close multi-year service agreements, and maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.

• Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
• Present and demonstrate services to potential clients
• Negotiate and close complex contracts and long-term agreements
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Achieve or surpass sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in related industries
• Proven success in exceeding sales goals and managing full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and clean driving record
