Overview
The New Jersey Institute for Successful Aging, Department of Geriatrics and Gerontology at Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey is seeking a full-time clinical faculty member to join our pioneering and expanding team. As a clinical faculty member in our Department, you will provide primary care / geriatric clinical services in the ambulatory, acute, home, long-term care, and subacute settings and participate in the on call schedule.
Additionally, you will participate in the training and education of medical students and residents. You will participate in faculty development and such other duties as assigned by the Department Chair to support the mission of the Department of Geriatrics and Gerontology, Rowan-Virtua New Jersey Institute for Successful Aging.
The selected candidate must hold the following :
- Valid NJ Medical License
- Board Certification / Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required.
Certificate of Added Qualification in Geriatrics preferred.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary is competitive and accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package including Rowan undergraduate tuition for eligible dependents.
Notes- All positions are contingent upon budget appropriations.

- This faculty appointment is tenure eligible and may be granted upon successful completion of criteria listed in the Rowan-Virtua SOM Faculty Bylaws.
