The Patient Flow Management Center works with patient care areas, support services, administration, and others to implement strategies to ensure seamless access and capacity management, including efficient patient flow, patient transfer, and patient transport.
Responsibilities- Maintain clinical operations by enforcing program, operational and personnel policies, procedures and practice.
- Collaborate with the Transfer Center Manager, medical staff and nursing in clinical evaluation and prioritization of transfers into and within Jefferson Health, New Jersey.
- Act as a liaison between nursing leadership and Patient Flow Management Center personnel and providers to optimize communication to obtain necessary information to complete all admissions and transfers as required to prevent unnecessary delays.
- BSN Degree preferred
- State Issued RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

$39.54 to $56.34 Hourly
