We are looking for an Automotive Technician With Any OEM Certification to join our growing team! Responsibilities:
  • Handle all repairs listed on assigned work orders with precision and speed
  • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues across multiple systems (engine, transmission, steering, suspension, HVAC, etc.)
  • Use OEM-level diagnostic platforms (such as Ford IDS, FDRS) for troubleshooting and software updates
  • Test drive vehicles to confirm complaints and ensure repair accuracy
  • Execute warranty work according to manufacturer standards
  • Work directly with service advisors to explain needed repairs and timelines
  • Support and mentor junior technicians as needed
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on technician experience (5+ preferred)
  • Certified by Ford (preferred) or ASE equivalent
  • Proficient with diagnostics and modern shop equipment
  • Strong communicator who works well with advisors and other techs
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical aspects of vehicle repair
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to quality
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
