* Responsibilities
* * Coax and Fiber installations
* Provision and monitor Internet/IPTV/VOIP services
* Travel in company vehicles for service calls/on site projects
* Work with coax/fiber tools and equipment
* Communicate procedures, policies, and other information to customers
* Work with support to resolve customer issues
* Experience/Skills/Requirements
** Entry Level
* High school diploma/GED required
* Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime
* Valid driver’s license; good driving record
* Knowledge of mechanical and consumer devices
* Willing to work in varying heights, close spaces, and weather conditions
* Preferred Skills
** Knowledge/experience on processes leading up to actual installation process to turn up customers media services.
* basic understanding of IT concepts and fundamentals/experience preferred
* Knowledge/experience with installation equipment
* Knowledge/experience with drop plow and/or trencher
* broadband technician: 1 year (Preferred)
* voice, data, coax: 1 year (Preferred)

* Physical Requirements:

** Lift and carry up to 75 pounds independently on an occasional basis.
* Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
* Work with heavier materials and equipment with assistance from another employee or mechanical lifting equipment when required.
* Push, pull, move, and position cable, conduit, tools, equipment, and materials.
* Stand and walk for extended periods, including up to 8–10 hours during a workday.
* Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and work in awkward positions.
* Enter and exit trucks and equipment, and work around utility structures.
* Work with hands and arms above shoulder level for extended periods.
* Use hand tools and power tools requiring repetitive gripping, grasping, and manual dexterity.
* Walk over uneven, muddy, rocky, or rough terrain.
* Schedule
* * Full-time position, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
* Shifts range from Monday – Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
